Prepares trainees to plan, prepare, and present starters, main meals, desserts, bakery products, specialty dishes,
and pastries, equipping them with practical culinary skills for professional kitchens.

Accommodation Operations Level 4
Min Entry Requirement: KCSE E • Duration: 6 Months • Mode: Modular
Prepares trainees to work as guest house attendants. Trainees gain skills in
front office operations, housekeeping, laundry services, and interior housekeeping decorations.
Accommodation
Food and Beverage Operations Level 5
Min Entry Requirement: KCSE D Plain • Duration: 1 Year 3 Months • Mode: Modular
Prepares trainees to manage food and beverage production and service, including preparing starters, main meals, desserts, pastries, specialty dishes, mocktails and cocktails.
Trainees also learn food and beverage service, costing and control, bar operations, and banquet and event management.
Beverage Operations
Catering and Accommodation Operations Level 5
Min Entry Requirement: KCSE D Plain • Duration: 1 Year • Mode: Modular
Prepares trainees to operate effectively in the catering and accommodation sector. Trainees gain skills in food preparation
and service, bar operations, specialty dishes, front office, housekeeping, laundry, and cost and control of food and beverages.

Food and Beverage Management Level 6
Min Entry Requirement: KCSE C Minus • Duration: 1 Year 9 Months • Mode: Modular
Prepares trainees to manage food and beverage operations, including preparing starters, main meals, desserts, pastries,
specialty dishes, mocktails and cocktails.
Trainees also gain skills in food and beverage service, costing and control, bar operations, and managing banquets and events.
Mechanical Plant
Catering and Accommodation Management Level 6
Min Entry Requirement: KCSE C Minus • Duration: 1 Year 6 Months • Mode: Modular
Prepares trainees to manage catering and accommodation operations in the hospitality industry. Trainees gain skills in food preparation, service, bar operations, front office, housekeeping,
laundry, cost control, accounting, marketing, banquets and events, and overall management of catering and accommodation services.
Modern kitchens, fully equipped dining areas, and functional accommodation facilities provide practical experience.

NNP JITUME COMMITTEE invites all youth to take part in ongoing Digital Empowerment Trainings at the JITUME Lab, offered in partnership with eMobilis.
The program covers Digital and Online Work, Building a Digital Profile, Online Safety and Data Protection, Soft Skills, and Data Analysis, followed by 4 weeks of virtual mentorship.
Registration is continuous, and interested youths are encouraged to fill out this
Google Form.
